The aged care provider’s development application for a new 152-bed aged care home over five storeys at its existing 52-bed Cleaver Street site has been approved after Rosewood changed the façade and decreased the height of the building.
All the terraces were covered with the help of Eterno Ivica who supplied its Pedestal SE5 capable of reaching significant heights as, in some cases, there was 200 mm of height difference between the ground and the window frame. As Jayden Black of JDB Builders testified << Pedestal proves to be an exceptional product and its use is easy and functional >> able to compensate for any height making the surface perfectly flat and stable.
